At Cedar Creek RV Park and Lodging in Montrose, Colorado, enjoy a peaceful creekside retreat designed for comfort and ease- perfect for travelers who value relaxation without the hassle.
Our unique creekside Tiny Homes offer a cozy, home-like stay. We also provide delightful glamping accommodations, like retro trailers and yurts, plus shaded full-hookup RV sites for those who prefer to bring their own rig.
All options are pet-friendly (with applicable fees), include conveniences like newly renovated bathhouses with private showers, laundry facilities, and a community pavilion. No steep paths or heavy setup- just straightforward, shaded comfort in our hidden gem location right in urban Montrose.

Spring (Mar–May): Mild & warming (highs 54–72°F, lows 20s–40s°F).
Key activities: Early hiking/wildflowers in Black Canyon, birdwatching, trout fishing, horseback/mountain biking. Low crowds, peaceful nature start.
Summer (Jun–Aug): Hot & sunny (highs mid-80s°F, lows 50s°F).
Key activities: Water sports/rafting at Montrose Water Sports Park & Gunnison Gorge, hiking/climbing/biking in Black Canyon, fishing, scenic drives.

A popular free concert series at the Montrose Rotary Amphitheater, running from June through September!
Independence Day Celebration
Includes a parade downtown (starting around 10:00 a.m.), pancake breakfast downtown, and a free concert in the evening at the Montrose Rotary Amphitheater.
FUNC Fest (Fun on the Uncompahgre)
Scheduled for Friday, August 7, and Saturday, August 8, 2026. This water-sports-focused festival includes competitions at the Montrose Water Sports Park and Riverbottom Park, live music at the amphitheater, food trucks, vendors, beer garden, and family activities.
